Pricing FAQ
How does the free trial work?+
Plus and Family start with a 10-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but you aren't charged until the trial ends. Stripe emails you before the first charge, and we remind you 3 days before. Cancel anytime before day 10 and you won't be charged. During the trial you get the plan's full AI help (100 or 400 per month). If you cancel, your account goes back to Free and nothing is deleted. One trial per person.
Is Heritorie really free?+
Yes — belonging is free forever. Every member can build and browse their tree, preserve stories and photos, claim 1 print-ready wall chart each year at no cost. AI help included: 10 / 100 / 400 per month. Need more? Memory Credits add extra AI help, 1 credit per use.
How do the monthly allowances work?+
Allowances reset on the 1st of each month. AI help is counted per family tree, based on the Keeper's plan (AI help included: 10 / 100 / 400 per month on Free / Plus / Family), with up to 20 AI actions per person a day. Record searches, research and crest designs all count as AI help. Need more? Memory Credits add extra AI help, 1 credit per use. Your usage is shown on your Billing page.
What's the difference between Plus and Family?+
Plus unlocks growing your own branch, unlimited clean wall charts, and higher monthly allowances for one member. Family extends all of that across your whole circle and allows multiple keepers to co-steward the same tree.
What do keepers get?+
