Yes — belonging is free forever. Every member can build and browse their tree, preserve stories and photos, claim 1 print-ready wall chart each year, and use 3 record searches and 25 AI gap phrasings every month at no cost.
How do the monthly allowances work?+
Record searches and AI phrasings reset at the start of each calendar month. Once you use your free allowance, each extra one costs 1 Memory Credit. Your remaining allowances are always shown on your dashboard.
What's the difference between Plus and Family?+
Plus unlocks growing your own branch, unlimited clean wall charts, and higher monthly allowances for one member. Family extends all of that across your whole circle and allows multiple keepers to co-steward the same tree.
What do keepers get?+
Keepers steward a tree. Keeper access includes clean, watermark-free wall chart exports for that tree at no extra charge — that entitlement is granted by your role, not billed per chart.
What are Memory Credits?+
